Two neighborhood offices, one unhurried standard of care, and a team that likes working together. If that sounds like your kind of dentistry, introduce yourself.

The kind of practice this is
Roanoke Dental Center runs on a simple idea: patients get better care when nobody is rushing. That shapes the schedule, the way treatment is explained, and the way the team works with each other. We are a two-office practice in Cave Spring, the Electric Rd office led by Dr. David Perry and the Brambleton Ave office led by Dr. Syed Razi, with an in-house dental implant program led by Dr. Aaron Smith and a founder, Dr. James Willis, who has spent his career building teams that stay.
Who we like to hear from
- Dental hygienists who want enough appointment time to actually talk with their patients.
- Dental assistants, experienced or early-career, who take pride in a calm, well-run operatory.
- Front desk and patient coordinators who treat the phone like the front door of the practice.
- Associate dentists interested in a practice where mentorship is part of the deal, including complex cosmetic and implant casework alongside the doctors above.
How to introduce yourself
Email your resume to info@roanokedentalcenter.com with the role in the subject line. Whether or not a seat is open this week, strong people are worth knowing, and we keep good introductions on file. If you would rather talk first, call the Electric Rd office at 540-774-8288 and ask for the office manager.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Roanoke Dental Center hiring right now?+
Openings come and go faster than a website should promise. The honest answer is: send your resume and tell us what you do. If there is a fit now we will reach out quickly, and strong introductions are kept on file for when the next seat opens.
What kinds of roles exist at the practice?+
Across our two Cave Spring offices the team includes dental hygienists, dental assistants, front desk and patient coordinators, and associate dentists. Both offices share one standard of care and one team culture.
How do I apply?+
Email your resume to info@roanokedentalcenter.com with the role you are interested in as the subject line. A short note about why you like patient-facing work tells us more than a template cover letter.
What is the practice like to work in?+
Two neighborhood offices a few miles apart, led day to day by Dr. Perry on Electric Rd and Dr. Razi on Brambleton Ave, with a dental implant program led by Dr. Smith and a founder, Dr. Willis, who built the practice around unhurried patient care. Appointments are scheduled so the team has time to do things right, which is also what makes the work satisfying.
